Design

1. MRL have an ‘in-house’ Design Team providing fully designed sustainable and energy efficient systems, together with pre-contract assistance to Architects and Main Contractors.  This enables the Architect and potential Client to achieve
• Value engineered details
• ‘Fit for purpose’ details.
• Interface priorities & responsibilities.
• Structural support requirements for all systems and details.
2. The Design Team can also assist with design loading and tolerance calculations, again ensuring the ‘fit for purpose’ needs of the system within all UK geographical locations.
3. On receipt of an Order, MRL can lead the envelope Design Team, co-ordinating all structural and interface detailing and providing full roofing and cladding design installation, drawings, accommodating all the current legislation and Codes of Practice.

Surveys and Reports

MRL will visit and provide full detailed reports on

• Existing Buildings.
• Failed roofing or cladding systems.
• Roofing and Cladding renewal options.
• Overcladding option.
• Repair & Maintenance requirements.

Estimating

As part of the tendering process MRL will provide a quantified Bill of Work required assuring end of contract cost certainty and turn-out costs.

Installation

1. MRL was one of the first Companies in the UK to achieve 100% Staff Trained C.S.C.S.
2. All Operatives are fully trained certificated installers for all systems supplied and fitted.
3. Operatives are fully qualified in all aspects of Safety and Working at Heights.
4. MRL employ most systems that provide insurance back-up against failure of the product and failure in the quality of installation.

Repairs to Existing Roofs

MRL offer a maintenance and repair service to nationwide companies such as Tesco, Aldi, McDonalds  and many more.  We can cover all of Scotland and the North of England.
